1. Services

UserAgent057 provides website design, WordPress development, local SEO setup, and related digital services for local businesses.

2. Free audit

The free website audit is an informal review with suggestions. It is not a binding quote until confirmed in writing.

3. Quotes & payment

Project scope, price, timeline, and payment terms are agreed in a separate proposal or contract before work starts.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate business information, content, approvals, and access needed to deliver the project on time.

5. Demo content on this site

Portfolio items labelled as concept demos are illustrative only. They are not real client case studies unless explicitly stated after launch.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive agreed usage rights to deliverables as defined in the project contract. UserAgent057 may showcase completed work with permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, except where law prevents limitation.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law unless mandatory consumer protections apply in your country.
